"Dave Sacks was an amazing help when we brought home our dog, Shana. He is the only one who walked me through, step by step, what she would need regarding her diet, how to properly house break her, and emphasized the importance of exercise (as he would not let me purchase a puppy stroller). At one point, Shana developed vision problems. As an emotional pet owner, he kept me calm and was a great help in discussing where and what we should do. She now has perfect vision and is very playful and happy. She is also a picky eater, and with Dave’s help, she is now eating a healthy diet and her weight is stable.
